TRUCK STOP'S ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION

ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION /
THURSDAY, AUGUST 17, 2017, 5 TO 7PM

To learn more about the artists and the artworks installed along Autoroute 20, you are invited to a round table discussion moderated by Roxanne Arsenault and Manon Tourigny, General and artistic co-coordinators at CLARK, and Émilie Roi, Director at l’Œil de Poisson. This informal panel with some of Truck Stop's artist will review this ambitious project while taking stock of the artist’s experiences and the artwork’s impact on the general public.

Truck Stop is the result of an exceptional collaboration between two art organisations and communities, the Centre CLARK (Montréal) and l’OEil de Poisson (Québec). This major art event aims to disseminate contemporary art in unusual places to have us appreciate and question our relationship with the territory. Discover this exhibition of ephemeral public art stretched along highway 20, between Québec and Montréal. Visit the 15 original works created by visual artists and collectives, from June 17th to August 19th, 2017.

WITH: Gisele Amantea / Camille Bernard-Gravel / Patrick Bérubé / Nicolas Fleming / Rosalie D. Gagné / Gagnon-Forest / Steven Girard / Mathieu Latulippe / L'orchestre d'hommes-orchestres / Organ Mood / Ariane Plante / Nelly-Eve Rajotte / Alain-Martin Richard / Douglas Scholes / Joshua Schwebel
