Émilie Allard
Émilie Allard is an artist and poet. This fall, she will complete her MFA in Sculpture at Concordia University. In addition to her individual art practice, she has collaborated with dancers and choreographers as a visual artist, and is a member of a multidisciplinary collective. Her solo and collective work has been presented at the Festival international de littérature, Tangente, Arsenal art contemporain, Espace Projet, and at the Maison de la culture du Plateau-Mont-Royal. In 2022, she took part in an artist residency in Nantes through the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec. As a poet, she was selected for a poetry contest on Radio-Canada in 2018, and she has published CARBONE SCOPIQUE with Lézard amoureux (2021). A new book of her poetry will be published in 2024.
