CLARK Bookstore
Since 2012, the Librairie CLARK has been a distribution space for contemporary art publications. Its mandate is to offer visibility and point of sale to artists and publishers to promote their work. Librairie CLARK aims to contribute to the development of a distribution network for books specializing in contemporary art in Quebec. Librairie CLARK offers a selection of over a thousand monographs, exhibition catalogs, zines, artists' books from here and abroad, theoretical works, and specialized Quebec magazines.
Recent additions
With a view to promoting and enhancing the publishing work of artists, authors, researchers, curators, artist-run centres and cultural institutions, Librairie CLARK operates on a consignment model at very competitive rates, outside the network, in order to reward the work of publishers in the most direct and advantageous way. In addition to selling publications, Librairie CLARK coordinates several publications launches and readings each year.
