Bernard Schutze

Bernard Schütze is an art critic, curator, communication theorist, and translator. His essays have appeared in various art journals and catalogues in Canada, the United States, and Europe (including *esse*, *Canadian Art*, *Parachute*, and *Art Papers*), and he has authored numerous texts for monographs on contemporary artists. He has also lectured at various art events, primarily in Quebec, Canada, and Europe. He lives and works in Montreal.
