My work takes shape intuitively, without preconceived ideas. This approach opens up an infinite range of possibilities for me, both in terms of form and imagery. As the work develops, choices present themselves to me, allowing me to define and shape the work’s future. Color asserts itself, generously. It settles freely on the canvas. A dialogue begins: color and form engage with one another. The harmony between them is fragile. Yet it is precisely there that the true subject of the painting unfolds.
