Twentieth-century culture is concerned with recording information in order to perceive, understand, and organize “reality.” But in the face of this information overload, every sign, notation, image, or word seems less and less meaningful. However, it is precisely in the complexity of the details and in the way they interact that we can find the most accurate description of “reality.” Thus, it is possible to draw parallels and create juxtapositions in order to reexamine the network of relationships among these details and come closer to the human experience.
