Since 2024, Bonus (Nantes, France) and the Centre d’art et de diffusion CLARK have established a reciprocal residency partnership for their respective members.

This year, CLARK member Santiago Tamayo Soler has been in residence since September 1. The entire CLARK team wishes him every success in his research!

Santiago’s practice centers on world-building, crafting digitally constructed universes that intertwine with archival elements such as video, photography, and online-found images. Through these virtual environments, he explores Latin American identity from a diasporic perspective, often drawing on the visual language of familiar formats like video games, telenovelas, and digital cartography. These formats serve as narrative devices, unfolding stories that envision a future steeped in radical fantasy.
