Centre CLARK is pleased to announce that Claudia Bernal has been selected from among its members to participate in the Relier 2.0 project, a micro-publishing residency that will take place at Centre SAGAMIE from March 9 to 13, 2026.

This project aims to pair three artists from the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region with three artists from Montreal, Quebec City, and Gatineau, respectively. Claudia Bernal will be paired with Catherine Tremblay for this residency project.

About the artist
Claudia Bernal is an interdisciplinary artist and researcher whose practice explores the relationships between body, territory, migration, and identity. She brings together visual arts, performance theatre, and literature. She holds a PhD in Art Studies (UQAM) and completed a postdoctoral research-creation fellowship at the Centre Cultures – Arts – Sociétés (UQAC) in 2023. Her work has been presented in Canada and internationally. She lives between Montreal, Bogotá, and Chicoutimi.
