Carnet de séjour (Carleton-sur-mer | été 2013)

The Carnet de séjour publication follows Séjour temporaire | altération provisoire, an event where lived experience, tourism and contemporary art are examined through reflections by 3 authors; curator Marie-Hélène Leblanc, Guillaume Adjutor Provost and Patrice Loubier. The publication was directed by Marie-Hélène Leblanc, with graphic design by Simon Guibord, and printing by AUPEL in Gatineau.

Séjour temporaire | altération provisoire is a summer art project initiated by artist-run center Vaste et Vague, in collaboration with 6 other artist-run centers including CLARK, and which took shape in and around the town of Carleton-sur-Mer in the summer 2013.

Participating artists include Sofian Audry, Marie-Claude Bouthillier, Jean-François Caissy, Sylvie Crépeault, Marc Dulude, Milutin Gubash, Donna Legault and Pierre-Olivier Fréchet-Martin; collaborators include Avatar (Québec), CLARK (Montréal), DAÏMÕN (Gatineau), L’Écart (Rouyn-Noranda), Perte de Signal (Montréal) and Praxis (Sainte-Thérèse).
