FEVER FOR EVERRR – Launch & Round Table

As part of the Mathieu Lefèvre retrospective, MAKE IT BIG, CLARK is happy to invite you to the launch of two other publications on Mathieu Lefèvre, put together by Centre CLARK. The first one entitled Fever For Everrr – biographie « non autorisée » is a compilation of anecdotes about Mathieu and significant moments related by friends and family members. The second, entitled KAYÉ(s), is a selection of his drawings and notes found in his sketch books. Both publications were designed by d’ébène et de blanc (Marie-Ève Tourigny and Pier-Philippe Rioux)

This double publication launch will be followed by a round table in which the following guest speakers will explore Mathieu’s work through different perspectives : Hugues Charbonneau (gallery owner), Nicolas Mavrikakis (art historian and curator),Tania Poggione (Director of Montreal Office of Galerie Heffel Fine Art Auction House) and Ianik Marcil (economist). 
The public will be invited to contribute to the conversation that will be moderated by author and sociologist, Fabien Loszach.

Curated by Nicolas Mavrikakis, Roxanne Arsenault, Manon Tourigny and Mathieu Lefèvre (thanks to a mediumistic reading), the exhibition MAKE IT BIG will be presented at CLARK until June 18th, 2016 !
