And to help put you in the festive spirit, here’s a little cocktail recipe inspired by our signature drink from previous Grande Booms.
 
Spruce Gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 ½ oz gin
4 oz spruce beer
1 Tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
1 rosemary sprig, for decoration!
 
On that note, we’re wrapping up this most challenging year with a welcome holiday from December 19 to January 11, 2021. The gallery and atelier staff will be back in full force on January 12! We hope you can take a break too and we wish you much rest, calm, and creative and safe solutions for staying in touch with your loved ones.
